Finches is a lovely self-catering holiday home near Penzance in Cornwall.

The Property
Finches is a comfortably furnished double-glazed cottage at the end of a small terrace. The open plan modern living/dining and kitchen area on the ground floor is light and airy with a stable door leading from the kitchen to the rear lawned area of the property.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which have views over the open countryside. There is a modern shower room with toilet and hand basin. To the front of the cottage there is a small patio. Both outside areas have patio furniture.

Location
Located just outside the small village of Gulval and less than 2 miles from Penzance, Finches can be found within the grounds of a 400 year old manor house, Kenegie Manor. The Kenegie Manor Holiday Park offers a host of facilities for all the family, including an indoor swimming pool, but maintains a calm and relaxed atmosphere, even in the height of the summer.

Nearby Penzance is the gateway to the Isles of Scilly, with easy access to the famous St Michael’s Mount, and the long sandy beach at Marazion.

Land’s End and St Ives are within easy reach and the beautiful beaches of the Penwith Peninsual. The area is popular for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing, riding and all kinds of sport including golf with 4 excellent courses within 6 miles.

An ideal base, with good facilities on the doorstep.
